Early Commerce: Zenda
My first real commercial experiment. I built the e-commerce website myself, sourced products cheaply, and secured my first paying customer. It was a modest transaction, but it proved the core loop: having an idea, executing it, and exchanging value in the market.

Moved into service businesses. With Wesal, I offered digital marketing and AI-generated websites. With Osoul, I ran LinkedIn acquisition campaigns targeting Saudi small businesses. Neither turned into sustainable businesses, but they taught me the realities of cold client acquisition and sales calls.

Stepped beyond digital to build a physical product venture: sustainable molded-fiber packaging alternatives to EPS Styrofoam. I researched raw fiber materials, calculated unit costs, fabricated real sample prototypes, built the website, and pitched the concept directly to competition judges.

Leveraged modern AI coding agents over four months of deep development to build ZSystem—a functioning offline-first clinic management platform with appointment queues, thermal prescription printing, and encrypted local storage.

Establishing ZFoundry as the overarching technology company and innovation forge—governing software products (ZSystem, ZDental), AI-directed engineering, and physical hardware/robotics ventures for the long haul.
